Hmmmm.......

This is going to be a quick post.........

I wonder, even if Stephen Harper won a minority government (let's say if the Conservatives have 10-15 seats more than the Liberals), would the NDP form a coalition government with the Liberals, just to deny a Conservative government?

To be honest, I can see that very possible.

However, mathematically speaking, if the Conservatives won more seats than the Liberals, the total of Liberals and NDP seats will not be enough to form a majority coalition government - unless the NDP took a huge chunk of seats from the Liberals.

The NDP will be the biggest loser if there is another unstable minority government, as after this election, people will want more stability, and will vote for parties that have a chance to form government (meaning no NDP.)

Just want to apologize that I wasn't able to do any postings in the past month, and it could be the same in this coming month until mid-December. I guess that is the reality of a student's life.
